Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms define the rights and obligations of Qelvyn LLC and its clients for software development, automation systems and digital platform work. Placing an order or accepting a quote issued by Qelvyn constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Services offered

• Software development: custom web and software applications.
• Automation: design and integration of automated workflows.
• Digital platforms: sites, interfaces and client journeys, delivered per project or by subscription.

3. Billing and payment

Each engagement is preceded by a quote stating the exact scope and the billing model: a fixed project amount, or a subscription for services provided on an ongoing basis. A deposit may be requested at order, with the balance due on delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Subscriptions can be cancelled effective at the end of the current period, with no cancellation fee.

4. Refunds and cancellation

A cancellation requested before work actually begins is refunded in full, less any costs already incurred. Once fixed-price work has started, amounts corresponding to work already completed remain payable. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time for the following period; the current period remains payable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the Contact page and receive a response within 10 business days.

5. Intellectual property

Once all amounts due are paid in full, the client owns the deliverables developed specifically for their project: custom code, configurations and documentation. Qelvyn retains ownership of its pre-existing reusable generic components.

6. Obligations of the parties

Qelvyn undertakes to apply the means necessary to properly deliver the work ordered. The client undertakes to provide the access, information and approvals needed for the project to progress, within reasonable timeframes.

7. Warranty

Every delivered project carries a 30-day functional warranty from the date it goes into production, during which any malfunction attributable to the delivered code is corrected at no additional cost.

8. Limitation of liability

Qelvyn's liability for an engagement is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that engagement. Qelvyn is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of business or data resulting from causes outside the delivered work.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Qelvyn LLC is registered. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.
