Automation systems
Removing the repetitive work that sits between your existing tools.
The work worth automating
The best automation candidates are rarely the most visible tasks. They are the small, frequent, invisible ones: copying an order from one system into another, chasing a confirmation, generating the same document from the same fields, re-keying a form someone already filled in.
Individually none of them looks like a problem. Together they consume a meaningful share of a working week, and they fail quietly — because a human forgot, not because a system broke.
What we automate
- Data moving between systems that do not integrate natively.
- Document generation — quotes, invoices, contracts, reports built from structured data.
- Notifications and follow-ups triggered by a real event rather than someone remembering.
- Intake and routing — getting a request to the right person with the right context attached.
- Recurring reporting that is currently assembled by hand.
Built onto what you already run
Automation should not require replacing your stack. We work with the tools already in place and connect them, rather than proposing a migration you did not ask for. Where a system has no API, we say so early and price the alternative honestly rather than discovering it midway.
Automation that fails loudly
An automation that breaks silently is worse than no automation, because people stop checking. Everything we build reports its own failures — you find out when something did not run, and the system says what it was trying to do. Retention and logging are covered in our governance and security standards.
Consent and messaging
Where an automation contacts customers, the rules on consent and opt-out apply and we build to them. We will not configure a system to message people who have not consented where consent is required. See the acceptable use policy.
