Claude-powered AI (by Anthropic) drafts replies, routes conversations and summarizes threads, in French and Arabic — rolling out to early clients.

A collaborative database that reads like a spreadsheet: grids, forms, filtered views and linked tables, for teams tracking data that has outgrown a spreadsheet but does not need a custom application.
