2. Data collected on this site

The contact form collects the information needed to answer your inquiry: name, email address, organization (optional) and a description of the project. We do not sell or transfer any data to advertising networks or data brokers, and we set no tracking cookies.

3. Data processed as part of client work

When a client engages Qelvyn to build or operate a system, Qelvyn acts as a processor on that client's behalf. The categories of data processed and their purpose are defined in writing for each project. No client data is used for advertising or shared with unauthorized third parties.

4. Retention periods

• Contact inquiries: up to 3 years from the last exchange.
• Project delivery data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived per applicable legal obligations.
• Technical logs: up to 90 days, for security and diagnostics.

5. Subprocessors and transfers

Inquiries submitted through the form are handled using a third-party form collection provider. As Qelvyn LLC is established in the United States, submitted data may be processed there. The list of technical subprocessors applicable to a client project is shared with that client before work starts.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Contact page. Requests are handled within a reasonable time, subject to identity verification where necessary.

7. Security
